Branded Builders is a 100% custom builder. We do not have certain plans that we customize to your taste. We build the house you want. You pick out the floor plan, the building materials, the finishes, the style, everything.
Unfortunately, that is a hard question to answer. Because Branded Builders is a custom builder, every job is a little different. Some homeowners pick out materials that take longer to get in than others. The weather can also cause delays which are outside our control. Each project is a custom build, so it may take a little longer than the track builder that is building one of the five house plans they offer down the street. Branded Builders does everything in our power to keep your job moving, but we like to think the finished product is worth the time!
No, we do not offer financing, but we do have some great relationship with area lenders that we are happy to share!
In our price, we allot allowances for items the homeowners pick out (flooring, lighting fixtures, appliances, etc.) If the homeowners buy items out of pocket or don't use all of the allowance, that is a credit back to the homeowner. It can be used to reduce the price of the house or it can be used to upgrade another allowance item. For instance, if you buy your lighting fixtures yourself, you could use that money to upgrade your appliance package.
Branded Builders does not choose how you spend your allowances. We give generous allowances based on the types of products and finishes the homeowner tells us they want in our initial meetings. You can be as cost conscious or free spending as you want!
Building a custom home means there are a lot of things for homeowners to pick out. However, Branded Builders strives to make this project as enjoyable for our homeowners as possible. You pick out the finishes, materials, and fixtures and leave the stress of installing them to us!
We build great working relationships with our vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. There are no problems we can't handle and no reason for the homeowners to stress or worry over the process!
